Spicy Udon Noodle Curry

- β1/4 cup Soft Thai Basil
- β1 Red Bell Pepper
- β1 Onion
- β2 inches Ginger
- β1 cup Coconut Milk
- β2 cups Water
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
