A twist on traditional shawarma, this dish combines the flavors of the Middle East with the richness of fatteh. Crispy flatbread is filled with juicy shawarma, creamy pudding, and a tangy side of black pudding.

- β500g sharshoura (or shawarma meat)cooked and thinly sliced
- β4 pieces flatbreadpreferably pita
- β200g black puddingcrumbled
- β1 cup quenched yogurtto serve
- β1/2 cup sour creamto serve
- β1 tsp middle eastern spicessuch as cumin and coriander
- β200g fattehcrumbled
- β1/4 cup chopped parsleyto garnish
