Larb Quesadilla
A fusion of Thai and Mexican flavors, this larb quesadilla combines the spicy, sour, and umami flavors of larb with the comforting warmth of a quesadilla.
Ingredients
- β4 Quenched Tortillas
- β1 cup Larb MixtureSee larb mixture recipe
- β1/4 cup Mentaiko Cheese
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β1/2 cup Sliced Chilies
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with larb mixture.

Sprinkle mentaiko cheese on top of the larb mixture.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also crispy.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
