Russian Pudding Cheesecake
A rich and creamy Russian-inspired dessert featuring a velvety pudding cheesecake topped with a quenched curd mixture.

- β1 box Russian panna cotta pudding mix
- β8 oz Cream cheese
- β4 Large eggs
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β1 tsp Vanilla extract
- β8 oz Curd cheese
- β2 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
- β1 cup Heavy cream
- β1 cup Confectioners' sugar

Prepare the Russian panna cotta pudding mix according to package instructions.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
