Quick Arabian Tempeh Kebabs
A flavor-filled and nutritious meal inspired by Arabian cuisine, made with marinated tempeh skewers grilled to perfection.

- β2 tsp Quick mixed spice
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β1 large Bell peppersliced
- β2 medium Tomatosliced
- β4-6 Pita bread

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Cut tempeh into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, whisk together quick mixed spice, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Add the tempeh cubes to the marinade and mix until coated.

Thread the marinated tempeh, onion, bell pepper, and tomato onto skewers.
