Australian Meat Casserole
A hearty and flavorful casserole inspired by Australian cuisine. Perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients
- β500g Ground Beef
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 medium Carrot
- β3 medium Potato
- β2 packets Australian Beef Gravy Mix
- β1 cup Beef Stock
- β1 cup Milk
- β200g Cheddar Cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Brown the ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion, carrot, and potato to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the Australian Beef Gravy Mix and Beef Stock to the pan and stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a 20x30cm baking dish.

Pour the milk over the top of the mixture and sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
