Russian Pepper Pilaf
A flavorful and hearty pilaf dish inspired by Russian cuisine, featuring tender peppers and savory spices.
Ingredients

- β1 large red bell pepperdice into 1-inch pieces
- β1 medium yellow oniondice into 1-inch pieces
- β1 tsp pilaf spice blend
- β1/2 tsp black pepper
- β2 tbsp olive oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add diced peppers and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
