Polish Scallion Frittata
A hearty breakfast or brunch dish packed with the flavors of Poland, featuring a crispy frittata filled with caramelized scallions and savory polish sausage.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, sauté the chopped scallions in melted butter until caramelized.

Add the cooked polish sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.
