Mediterranean Hash Skillet
A hearty skillet dish featuring a mediterranean-inspired hash with crispy onions and a tangy yogurt sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Hashany type of hash browned in a pan
- β1/2 cup Quick-cooked Onionscaramelized until golden brown
- β1 tsp Mediterranean Oreganodried oregano
- β1/4 cup Greek Yogurtplain, unflavored
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the hash to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked onions to the skillet and stir to combine.
