Crispy Corn Fritters
A simple and delicious snack made with cornmeal, perfect for a quick bite.

- β1/2 cup Quick Rice Flour
- β1/2 cup Crisp Onions
- β1/4 cup Bowl of Chopped Scallions
- β1 Egg
- β1/4 cup Water
- βto taste Salt
- βfor frying Cooking Oil

1. In a large bowl, mix together cornmeal, rice flour, and salt.
