British Fish Wrap
A crispy, flavorful British-inspired fish wrap filled with flaky fish and crunchy slaw.
Ingredients
- β6 oz Flaked Cod
- β2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- β1 cup Coleslaw Mix
- β1/2 cup Crispy Fried Onions
- β1 Quick Wrap
- β4 leaves Lettuce
- β1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- β1 tsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. In a shallow dish, mix together Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper.

2. Dip the flaked cod into the Worcestershire mixture, coating both sides completely.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil.

4. Add the cod to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, prepare the slaw by mixing together the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and chopped parsley in a bowl.

6. Warm the quick wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

7. To assemble the wrap, lay the warmed wrap flat and add a few leaves of lettuce.

8. Place the cooked cod on top of the lettuce, followed by a spoonful of the slaw.

9. Add the crispy fried onions on top of the slaw.
