Crispy Paccheri Stir Fry
A quick Chinese-inspired stir-fry made with paccheri pasta, vegetables, and a crispy twist. Ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients
- β8 oz Paccheri Pasta
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell Pepper
- β1 cup Snow Peas
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup Crispy Fried Shallots
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Cook paccheri pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add onion and bell pepper and stir-fry until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add snow peas and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour into the skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add cooked paccheri pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a serving platter.
