Peruvian Anticuchos with Crunchy Duck
A twist on traditional Peruvian anticuchos with the addition of crispy duck. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β2 lbs Duck breast
- β1 cup Quick marinade
- β1 bag (20 pieces) Peruvian anticuchos
- β1 cup Crunchy corn flakes
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

1. Cut duck breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add duck pieces and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Remove duck from skillet and set aside.

4. In a separate pan, cook peruvian anticuchos according to package instructions.

5. In a food processor, crush corn flakes into small pieces.

6. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over cooked duck pieces.

7. Serve duck with anticuchos on the side.

8. Drizzle with quick marinade for added flavor.
