Ukrainian Vegetable Stew
A hearty stew filled with the flavors of Ukraine, made with a variety of vegetables and a hint of spice.

- β1 head Cabbageshredded

Heat a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.

Add the chopped bell peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shredded cabbage and cook until it begins to wilt.

Add the tomato paste and stir to combine.

Add the quick stew mix and follow the package instructions for use.

Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
