- β2 large Red bell peppers
- β1 large Onions
- β2 inches Gingerpeeled and grated
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- β2 cups Tomatoeschopped
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β2 tsp Berbere spice mix

Instructions

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
