Filipino-Style Fried Noodles
A quick and delicious Filipino-inspired dish made with stir-fried noodles and vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium, chopped Onionany color
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup, shredded Cabbage
- β1 cup, peeled and grated Carrots
- β1, beaten Egg
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and stir-fry until onion is translucent.

Add cabbage and carrots and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.

Push vegetables to one side of the pan.

Add egg to the other side of the pan and scramble until cooked through.

Mix egg with vegetables.

Add cooked noodles to the pan, along with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
