Syrian Biryani Rice Bowl
A flavorful and aromatic one-pot dish made with basmati rice, meat, and spices. This recipe serves as a base for a quick and delicious Syrian-inspired meal.
Ingredients

- β1 medium Onion
- β2 inches Ginger
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- β1/2 tsp Turmeric
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
