Algerian Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic North African stew made with chicken, garlic, and spices, typically cooked in a clay pot with a conical lid.
Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons quick tagine spice mix
- β3 cloves algerian garlic paste
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 large onionchopped
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β2 cups water

Heat the oil in a large clay or ceramic pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
