German Chickpea Wrap
A hearty German-inspired wrap filled with chickpea salad, crunchy slaw, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- β1 can (15 oz) chickpeasdrained and rinsed
- β1 quick fix wrapwhole wheat or white
- β2 tbsp mayonnaiseor to taste
- β1/4 cup mexicanchopped fresh cilantro
- β1 cup crunchyshredded cabbage
- β1/2 onionthinly sliced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Instructions

Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix together chickpeas, mayonnaise, and mexican.

Add crunchy, onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.

Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spoon the chickpea salad onto the center of the wrap.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrap to form a neat package.
