- β3 cloves Garlic
- β4 medium Carrots
- β2 large Potatoes
- β2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- β2 tablespoons Ethiopian berbere spice blendmake sure it's vegan

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add carrots and potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
