Gluten-Free Crumbly Flaky Pastry
A gluten-free pastry made with flaky dough, perfect for snacks or desserts.
Ingredients
- ●1 sheet flaky pastry dough (gluten-free)store-bought or homemade
- ●2 tablespoons quick fix jamhomemade or store-bought
- ●1/2 cup crumble toppinghomemade or store-bought
- ●to taste pepperoptional
- ●1 tablespoon gluten-free sugaroptional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch (3 mm).

Place the pastry dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread the quick fix jam over the center of the pastry dough, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border around the edges.

Sprinkle the crumble topping over the jam.

If desired, add a pinch of pepper to taste.

If desired, sprinkle a tablespoon of gluten-free sugar over the crumble topping.

Fold the edges of the pastry dough up over the filling, pressing gently to seal.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
