Peruvian Quesadilla
A twist on the classic quesadilla, this Peruvian-inspired dish combines the flavors of the Andes with the comfort of melted cheese. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Peruvian cheese
- β4-6, depending on size quesadilla
- β1/4 cup, chopped quick fix
- β1/4 cup, chopped fix
- β1 tsp, ground cumin peruvian
- β1 tsp, paprika peruvian
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Place a quesadilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Fold the other half of the tortilla over the cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is also crispy and the cheese is melted.

Repeat with the remaining quesadillas and cheese.

Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot with a side of quick fix.
