Pan-Seared Mushroom Bowl
A hearty and flavorful bowl dish featuring sautéed mushrooms and a tangy quick fix sauce. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp sour creamoptional
- ●1 tsp mediterranean seasoningor to taste
- ●2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mediterranean seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Pour the quick fix sauce over the mushrooms and stir to coat.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
