Crispy Duck Fry
A simple, flavorful dish combining crispy duck with a side of fried fix and syrian spices.
Ingredients
- β2 Duck breastboneless and skinless
- β1 cup Fixchopped into small pieces
- β2 tsp Syrian spicesa mix of oregano, cumin and coriander
- β1 cup Quick oilfor frying
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- βchopped Fresh parsleyfor garnish

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Season the duck breast with salt, black pepper, and Syrian spices.

3. Heat the quick oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Sear the duck breast until browned on both sides, then transfer to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.

5. While the duck is cooking, heat the fix in a separate skillet over medium heat until crispy.

6. Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

7. Slice the duck into thin strips and serve with the crispy fix and garnish with parsley.
