- β1 lb 1 pound Wagyu beefCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp 1/4 cup olive oilFor brushing during cooking

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Add Wagyu beef to marinade and mix well to coat.
