Slovakian Fried Pistachio Fritters
A crispy, sweet, and savory dessert inspired by traditional Slovakian cuisine. Fried to perfection, these fritters are a delightful treat any time of the year.
Ingredients

- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 large Eggs
- β1/2 cup Milk
- β2 cups Vegetable oil
- β1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Preheat the oil to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Add the chopped pistachios to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
