Wild Garlic and Pilaf French Casserole
A hearty and flavorful casserole that combines the earthy taste of wild garlic with the nuttiness of pilaf. French cuisine at its finest.

- ●1 cup, uncooked pilaf
- ●1 tablespoon, olive oil quick
- ●2 cloves, minced garlic

- ●1 cup, shredded gruyère cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pilaf according to package instructions.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add wild garlic, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until wild garlic is tender, about 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pilaf, wild garlic mixture, and shredded Gruyère cheese.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
