Taco Paneer Quesadilla
A twist on the classic quesadilla with Indian-inspired paneer cheese and Peruvian flavors.
Ingredients
- β8 ounces paneer
- β1 cup tacu
- β4 quick flour tortillas
- β1/2 cup peruvian aji amarillo sauce
- βchopped (for garnish) cilantro
- βsour cream (for serving) sour cream
- βshredded (optional) queso fresco
Instructions

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, crumble the paneer and mix with aji amarillo sauce.

3. Place a flour tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with the paneer mixture.

4. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the filling is heated through.

6. Flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

8. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and serve with sour cream and cilantro.
