Greek Lamb Kebabs
Quick and flavorful Greek lamb kebabs, perfect for a summer evening. Marinate the lamb in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs before grilling to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β2 tablespoons Fresh oregano, chopped
- β Salt and pepper
- β1 package Quick skewers
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- β4 Lemon wedges
- β4 Pita bread
