Grilled Argentinian Chicken Skewers
A flavorful and spicy recipe for grilled chicken skewers inspired by Argentinian cuisine. Marinated in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup olive oilfor marinating
- β1/4 cup chimichurri saucehomemade or store-bought
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon red pepper flakesfor some heat
- β1 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperto taste
- β1/4 cup parsleychopped, for garnish

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, chimichurri sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
