German Sausage Pasta
A hearty German-inspired pasta dish featuring sausage and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β12 oz Penne pasta
- β4 links Jamaican sausage
- β1 large Quick onionchopped
- β1 large Quick bell peppersliced
- β1 can Quick tomato14.5 oz
- β2 tbsp Quick tomato paste
- β2 tbsp Quick olive oil
- β Quick salt
- β Quick black pepper
- β1 cup Quick parsleychopped
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the Jamaican sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.

Add the tomato paste to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the canned tomato to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the sausage and vegetable mixture.
