Stir Fry Jamaican Jerk Potatoes
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish made with Jamaican jerk seasoning, potatoes, and a hint of quick cooking. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- β2 tsp jamaicanjerk seasoning

- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium bell pepperdiced
- β1 tbsp soy sauceoptional

Heat 1 tablespoon of quick cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the diced bell pepper and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the diced potatoes, jerk seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
