Japanese Chicken Fritters
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, these Japanese-style fritters are a delightful twist on traditional chicken fritters. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons cornstarch
- β1 cup grated daikon
- β1 cup grated carrot
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup vegetable oilfor frying

1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and eggs.

3. Add the grated daikon and carrot to the soy sauce mixture and mix well.

4. Add the chicken to the soy sauce mixture and mix until just combined.
