Savory Ukrainian-Style Couscous Bowl
A hearty and flavorful bowl filled with grilled meats, toasted couscous, and a hint of malty sweetness.
Ingredients

- ●1 pound quick lamblamb shanks or lamb chops work well
- ●2 tablespoons malty honeyadjust to taste
- ●1/4 cup ukrainian sour creamadjust to taste

- ●2 cloves garlicminced
- ●1/4 cup fresh dillchopped

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season lamb with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika.

Grill lamb for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Cook couscous according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
