Thai-Style Ground Beef Noodles
A quick and flavorful Thai-inspired dish made with ground beef, noodles, and vegetables. Serve hot and enjoy!
Ingredients
- β250g Ground beef
- β200g Thai noodles
- β1 large Onion
- β1 large Bell pepper
- β100g Mushroom
- β2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- β1 tsp Fish sauce
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Brown sugar
- βchopped Fresh cilantro
Instructions

Cook the Thai noodles according to the package instructions.

In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until they start to soften.

Add the mushroom and cook until it's tender.

Add the ground beef and cook until it's browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Stir in the Thai red curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
