French Stuffed Poblanos
A French twist on traditional Mexican rellenos, filled with a blend of cheeses and spices.

- β1 cup brie cheese
- β1/2 cup goat cheese
- β1/4 cup chopped onion
- β2 cloves chopped garlic
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β1 tsp mexican oregano
- β1 tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F.

Cut off the tops of the poblanos and remove seeds.

In a bowl, mix together brie cheese, goat cheese, onion, garlic, cilantro, oregano, and salt.

Stuff each poblano with the cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed poblanos in a baking dish.
