- β4 cups, torn quenched uruguayan salad
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced quick pickled ginger
- β2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- β1 teaspoon sugar
- β1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the diced melon and torn salad.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
