Seafood Fideuà
A Spanish-inspired seafood dish, a twist on traditional paella, combining the flavors of the Mediterranean with the richness of a hearty seafood stew.
Ingredients
- ●250g Fideua noodles
- ●200g Seafood mixIncluding mussels, clams, and shrimp
- ●3 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1 medium OnionChopped
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●1 can (400g) TomatoDiced
- ●2 cups Shrimp brothLow-sodium
- ●1 tsp Smoked paprika
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper

Heat olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the diced tomato and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the seafood mix and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

Add the fideua noodles, shrimp broth, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the noodles are cooked and the liquid has been absorbed.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
