Greek Beef Saganaki
A classic Greek dish made with pan-seared beef saganaki and served with a side of roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef saganaki
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Red bell pepper
- β1 medium Zucchini
- βchopped Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the beef saganaki with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef saganaki for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

While the beef is cooking, heat a separate skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic, onion, and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the zucchini to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
