Spicy Dan Dan Noodles
A quick and savory Chinese-inspired noodle dish made with dan dan mian noodles, topped with a spicy sauce and crunchy peanuts.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Dan Dan Mian Noodles
- β2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β2-inch piece Gingergrated
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Chili Bean Paste
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup Peanutschopped
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce, chili bean paste, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
