Pan-Seared Canadian Salmon

- β2 tbsp Quick skillet oilFor searing
- β1 cup Hail battered panko breadcrumbsFor crispy topping

Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Add the skillet oil to the preheated skillet. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, skin side up (if they have skin).
