King Prawn Char Siu Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful stir fry dish featuring king prawns cooked in a char siu sauce, served with a side of steamed vegetables.
Ingredients
- β12 King Prawnsfresh or frozen, thawed
- β2 tablespoons Char Siu Saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable Oilfor cooking
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped, for garnish

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
