Quick Portuguese Beef Skillet
A flavorful and quick beef skillet dish inspired by Portuguese cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- β1 tsp Portuguese skillet seasoning
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 medium Tomato
- β1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato, Portuguese skillet seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
