- β1 package Quick Biscuit Mix
- β1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- β1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- β1 Large Eggs
- β1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and granulated sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
