Uruguayan-Style Skewers with Orange Glaze
A taste of Uruguay in every bite, these skewers are marinated in a smoky and tangy sauce, then grilled to perfection and finished with a sweet orange glaze.
Ingredients
- β10 Skewerswooden or metal
- β500g Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 large Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1 large Bell Peppergreen, red, or yellow
- β2 tsp Smoked Paprikaor to taste
- β2 tbsp Uruguayan Chimichurristore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Orange Marmaladeor to taste
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilor to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread shrimp, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.

In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika and Uruguayan chimichurri.

Brush skewers with olive oil and season with smoked paprika mixture.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

While skewers are cooking, mix together orange marmalade and olive oil in a small bowl.
