Chicken Tagine with Spicy Moroccan Flair
A flavorful and aromatic dish inspired by Moroccan cuisine, featuring chicken cooked in a spicy tagine sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepperor to taste
- β2 tablespoons olive tapenadeoptional
- β1 cup chicken brothlow-sodium
- β1 teaspoon chicken tagine spice blendor to taste

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
