Polish Vegetable Wrap
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with steamed vegetables and polish sausage. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1/2 pound Polish sausage
- β1 cup Steamed vegetablessuch as cabbage, carrots, and onions
- β1 Quick wraplarge flour tortilla
- β1 Vegetable wrapsmall flour tortilla for wrapping
- β2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- β1 tablespoon Mustard
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Grill the polish sausage for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

3. Slice the sausage into thin strips.

4. Steam the vegetables for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.

5. Warm the large flour tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

6. Assemble the wrap by spreading mayonnaise and mustard on the tortilla, then adding the sliced sausage and steamed vegetables.
