Tamagoyaki Omelette
A Japanese-inspired omelette made with tamagoyaki eggs, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- β4 Tamagoyaki eggs
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sushi rice vinegar
- β1/4 cup Green onions
Instructions

Crack the tamagoyaki eggs into a bowl and whisk them together.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, until the eggs are almost set.

Sprinkle the soy sauce and sushi rice vinegar over the top of the omelette.

Use the spatula to carefully fold the omelette in half.

Cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the eggs are fully set.

Transfer the omelette to a plate and garnish with green onions.
