Vietnamese Style Pork Shoulder Pho

- β1 pound rice noodles
- β1 medium onion
- β2 inches ginger
- β2 whole star anise

In a large pot, combine the quick broth, tangy fish sauce, onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and black pepper.
