Quick Turkish Stew
A hearty, flavorful stew made with lamb, vegetables, and aromatic spices. Serve with crusty bread for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb Shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Turkish Red Pepper Flakes
- β1 packet Quick Stew Mix
- β1 can (14.5 oz) Canned Diced Tomatoes
- β2 cups Chicken Broth

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
